Our specialized upholstery cleaning equipment allows us to restore all types of materials and fine fabrics. We also clean and condition leather. Our unique furniture cleaning tools combine air and water into an ultrasonic mist. This tool lifts the fabric up with every pass, cleaning only the surface material, never allowing moisture to reach the foam backing, virtually eliminating the worries of over-saturation. The result is a far superior cleaning with much faster drying times of only 2-4 hours. Tile & Grout Cleaning
Recent trends show more home and business owners are switching from carpet to more durable hard surfaces like tile, vinyl, wood, and natural stone. We use a variety of techniques and procedures to clean any type of floor. For tile & grout cleaning, we pre-treat, power scrub, and hand brush the grout lines. Next we use our high-temperature, high-pressure, contained extraction tools to remove embedded soils in the tile surface and deep within the grout lines. Our advanced, powerful truck mounted equipment and customized procedures get results, and we continue to stand out in this industry. Once the tile floors are restored to their original color and condition, we recommend sealing the grout lines with our Impregnating Sealer, and maintaining the floor with our Neutral Floor Cleaner.

Water Damage Restoration
Our company offers immediate 24-hour emergency water removal and complete structural drying services. Water damage occurs in a variety of ways, from pipe breaks and faulty plumbing, to flash flooding and hurricanes. The storms that hit the Tampa Bay in 2024 area are evidence of just how devastating water damage can be. During this time, we have been diligently responding to emergency water damage calls for our community. In the storm’s aftermath, we dispatched our crews to extract standing water, clean & disinfect local homes and businesses. We distributed hundreds of rental fans and dehumidifiers, along with other specialized drying equipment, to mitigate losses and help prevent mold development. As seen in the video to the right, once the water and walls are removed, we disinfect wall cavities with hospital grade disinfectants. We then dried each building until all materials reach acceptable moisture levels using our specialized moisture monitoring meters and thermal imaging equipment.
Now that the initial drying, disinfecting, and demolition phases are wrapping up, the focus is on rebuilding. As our customers get their drywall back up, we come in to restore the tile & grout, removing impacted drywall and contaminants. Our multistep process includes a final disinfecting, power scrubbing, and a high-heat, high-pressure contained extraction. As we complete these final tile & grout cleaning and restoration steps, our customers are ready for move in.

Once source areas are found, they can be treated with enzymes and other effective products, then flushed out with our exclusive subsurface extraction tools. Pet stains can be a challenge. Remember a few ounces per day turns into gallons over time. It’s best to get to them quickly before it gets out of hand. Our amazing Pet Stain Spotter helps our customers tackle these issues in between regular carpet cleanings. This product helps breakdown pet stains on a molecular level, as seen in the video to the right, where the pet stain completely disappears with just one spray application. Some customers prefer to drop off rugs at our shop to be worked on, cleaned and dried. We can also pickup, clean, and return your rugs. We can clean any type of area rugs and put them through our entire process at a very competitive price. However, if your rug has serious issues like pet urine stains, stormwater damage, or severe odor issues, you will need a full submersion cleaning. We can make recommendations for that service.
